1. Introduction

Welcome to iCurer Doctor Platform ("iCurer"), operated by Maven Lifecare Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Curer", "we", "our", "us").
By using iCurer, you ("Doctor", "you", "your") agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Services

iCurer provides doctors with tools for appointment scheduling, electronic health records (EHR), AI-powered case summaries, patient communication, billing, insurance integration, referral services, and concierge support.

3. Eligibility

You must be a registered medical practitioner holding a valid license issued by the appropriate authority in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Plans available: Everyday, Elevate, and Per Prescription.
  • Subscription fees are payable monthly/annually as per chosen plan.
  • Early adopter offers or discounts are time-limited and may be withdrawn at Curer's discretion.
  • Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Data Ownership & Privacy

  • Doctors retain full ownership of patient data created on iCurer.
  • Data is ABHA-linked, encrypted, and portable.
  • Curer will never sell or share patient data without explicit consent.
  • Doctors are responsible for maintaining confidentiality in compliance with applicable laws (HIPAA, Indian IT Act, etc.).

6. Doctor Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy of patient records entered or verified on iCurer.
  • Comply with local laws, medical ethics, and standards of care.
  • Not use iCurer for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

  • iCurer is a technology support platform, not a substitute for medical judgment.
  • Curer is not liable for medical outcomes, patient disputes, or regulatory violations by doctors.
  • Platform uptime and AI accuracy are provided on a best-effort basis, with no absolute guarantees.

8. Termination

  • Doctors may terminate subscription anytime, subject to plan cancellation terms.
  • Curer may suspend accounts for non-payment, misuse, or breach of terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
